Sara's diverse experience in the equine industry includes serving for seven years as assistant to top equitation trainer Patty Ball at Hunterville stables and working for Canadian show jumping rider Carla Diewert in Indio, CA, where she learned to develop and prepare horses for the Grand Prix ring. As an amateur, Sara campaigned successfully on the A circuit in the hunter, jumper and equitation divisions, earning numerous championships and top placings in Northern and Southern California medal finals. Sara is committed to the continuous education of riders, not only from the saddle but from the ground, with an emphasis on horse care and sportsmanship. She has trained with numerous top clinicians, including George Morris, Karen Healey, Jim Wofford, Buck Brannaman, Julie Winkel, Nick Karazissis, and Richard Spooner.
